  1. woohoo! (if you missed it, it's roughly 20 mins in to the show on iplayer)
  2. Girlfriend made the cake, i did the artwork on top out of black icing. It was for our friends birthday who's wacko over jacko! (it was based on the mugshot below..)
  3. all i know is that it involves essex and a mewp
  4. 15k?! i would beg borrow and steal to get 15k for that (i don't have any use for it either!) please don't say you got it for that!
  5. Both are working fine on my iphone (updated ios 5) Top job to all involved! They both look really polished and have good content. Have you advertised them on the yank forums? I don't know if the fungi would be relevant over there...?
  6. i loved at the start of her singing the chipper drowned her out "MURRRRRRRR MURRRR MURRRRRRR""
  7. ha! good analogy scotspine!
  8. Should of been a fell. Oh well, go back to fell in a year or two = double money! ps, nice reduction. the original shape was quite weird so you did a good job
  9. blimey! i'm looking forward to going to a few german beer halls this summer, hopefully with barmaids like that, not some hairy mary
  10. I don't have a clue what that is a picture of. Really need to go on a mechanics evening course soon
  11. Nice one! You must be excited. This thread needs more pics though....

    560xp Vs MS362

So how many of the people saying 560 have actually used both over a long enough period to come to that conclusion?
  15. ah nightmare! good it went your way though. money turns some people into idiots (or lack of)
  16. definitely. put it won't until all the insurance fraud stops! i have 7 years no claims but it doesn't mean i get cheap insurance! i'm paying for all the ***** who put in £4k whiplash claims on 5mph shunts!
  17. according to Roads live travel news | Transport for London it is just outside the lez so you should be fine
  18. 22 quid wish mine was that cheap!
  19. Tragic, especially as it was so preventable!
  20. Just a heads up really, but i'm sure most of you are fully aware anyway. I received a letter from hastings with my automatic renewal quote (if i didn't contact them they would carry on the insurance with the new cost). It was for around £850. I went on their website and entered the exact same details and it came up as £550!!! Bloody cheeks!
  21. i prefer the 372. we have both at work. it just seems alot more aggressive with quicker pickup, better torque. i like the anti vibes on the 576 though
  22. I definitely think a shorter cord helps. the pre made e2e kits are 90cm, but i find them too long (similar problems to you, having to set the hitch for it to bite etc). experiment with different lengths!
  23. nice one! i've got mine booked in for the start of may.
  24. i also went to a weighbridge a while back and posted the results here.... the transit weighed 3620kg with just chip, no men or gear! http://arbtalk.co.uk/forum/members-only/33327-guess-weight.html I back up what people say about them being useless. well, they are comfy for long drives but that is it. i don't think there is an all in one perfect arb truck. i guess thats why we have a LR, transit and 7.5t ....
  25. haha yes! exactly what i thought when i got in a defender. i'm 6'4" and the landy is way to cramped for me! hilux for me aswell, our 22 year old one at work is on 250k and will go on to twice that easily.
