  3. Well, it doesn't. It just looks like it's carrying less weight. With tail lift you'll be lucky to get half a ton in the back with tools, workers etc. What's the payload according to the plate? Does the plate take into consideration the tail lift?
  4. It might be a handy tool to sell firewood. You can set up a 'classified ad', where you can't bid, only contact the seller. For tree work, however, no. Don't.

  11. Working in a churchyard today and found this beaut! (Compton Dundon, Nr Street, Somerset). Reputed to be 1700 years old. Thought it was worth sharing - apologies for crap pics....

I was using a Husky T425 ( HUSQVARNA T425 - Professional chainsaws ) today and it sounds similar to how you are describing the 150 - Had to swap to bigger saw for the stuff 5"+ , but less than that it went through like a dream! It was cherry so not the softest. Only niggle is the slow(ish) pick up. As soon as you tell the world it's great on some nice hardwood then i'll order one from jonesy!

  17. Very impressed with my 550xpg, the pick up speed is immense and i haven't managed to bog it down in anything yet, just keeps ploughing through - amazing torque!

  24. That isn't the function of a cutaway. It's for ariel rescue - as in you can't cut through a steel flipline with a rescue knife.
