  1. I ve seen avants rolled when cutting and collecting with a shear you have very narrow wheelbase and not a lot of weight, might think about ballast in wheels and full set of rear weights. Shears are much more suited to 360 diggers
  2. Go down the fit for purpose route with trading standards won’t cost anything professional charger should last longer had same problem with makita chargers failing just out of warranty got both replaced
  3. Another loader! Can you get the avant multione buckets to fit?
  4. The creosote is the least of your problems, most sleepers have been exposed to all sorts of weed killers at many different concentrations, got some a while back tested turned out to be hazardous waste, they advised that if cutting was required white suit and full face respirator should be used
  5. You need to learn to delegate I have back problems as well the hardest part of recovery was standing back and letting someone else do the work or waiting for the machine to turn up, the days of get out of the way I will show you how to do it quickly are over and the sooner you realise the quicker your recovery will be
  6. Had a double,it is NOT big, clever, manly, desirable, done thing to leave it to develop, get better on its own, see doctor tommorow etc, caused me problems get it sorted sooner rather than later
  7. You wouldn’t want a cheap one just think of the stress and loads
  8. Look at the Klou grab
  9. The injector pump is only available as a recon now just remember the newest are over twenty years old
  10. Had a 300 tdi used to tow bandit 90 no problems played with intercooler and had variable vane turbo fitted and little upgrade on pump, think we also had a fiddle in the gear boxes did 400,000 miles swapped to td5 due to emmissions still on the road now
  11. Look at the landrover made by bullet who make the cat I’ve had mine two yrs no complaints
  12. 10 acres he needs a tractor will be on the loader all weekend trying to cut the grass has he thought of trailed gangs behind the loader
  13. Depends on which loader you have, you can waste a lot of hp powering relatively small decks I’ve had a mini loader for twenty years and never considered a rotary deck maybe alright if your cutting your own grass, but how many contractors do you see using one there are better machines on the market that cut grass cheaper,
  14. I’ve made a start on mine 1
  15. Not wanting to be left out 306 kgs
  16. Then don’t go to 11m and give yourself a bit of leeway on the ten so stay at nine to be safe!
  17. You sure about age?
  18. Cautrac in colchester think tracks are 230,72 39 but check
  19. Forgot dig a good planting pit and mulch lots of it desiccation kills a lot of moved trees
  20. If you can wait till March odds get better, success depends on the size of the root ball, you will need mini loader to lift rootball keep the soil really tight use plenty of chicken wire and undercut with a steel cable if you can get your hands on a Newman frame even better use rachet straps to bind the tree to the ball stake the tree well in new position using tripod above ground guys water well and instal a water system
  21. One of these turns up in the yard regularly to chip the old gas pipes looks a bit rough now and the soil on the pipes must blunt the blades
  22. £145,000 if I read the books right last year
  23. Had some hires for the Cormidi just about paid for it now, just looking for attachments now
  24. Didn’t you say that about a wheeled loader a while back?
  25. I keep telling myself just that, however without her financial abilities I’d have been broke before I started Also you don’t have the set you are missing tracked and wheeled chipper, tracked compact tractor and a bulldozer everyone should have a bulldozer god knows what you’d do with it but it sure looks good in the yard!
