  1. Already dealt with, read the thread!
  2. Yep, I see it now. I still would not be happy to take a backwards dive if the strop in tension got compromised, but take your point Johny.
  3. If you only have the one line in (as I think you have in the pics), I would be concerned about that, just my opinion.
  4. Nice bike, looks like you have done a good job with it, I had a pre-exup one of these,& yes they are still quick.
  5. Getting quite a few bikes on here now, here is my Harley chop, its on the road at last after a winter in the lounge getting built, it needs paint, but I will ride it around a bit before I go stripping it down for that. It handles lovely even as a hardtail! IMG_1476 by geoff321, on Flickr IMG_1485 by geoff321, on Flickr
  6. Happy birthday Jon, have a virtual cizzer on me!
  7. Well done Jennie, liking the outfit!
  8. Sounds like the lady saved some money!
  9. Looks like a re-pollard, no problems there imo.
  10. Theres more where that came from! wood heap for fire wood | eBay

    Tinnitus

I have it, normally a high pitched whistle, but it varies in tone. Tell the truth it doesn't bother me much, I think I have got used to it.

  16. Good luck on your run Jennie!
  17. We'd best leave that one there mate, for now.
  18. Now I look close I can see that.
  19. I had the same thing happen to me, in embarrassing circumstances, I had to get the new wifes ex sister in law to come & get on the bed with me to free myself,we had gone there for an overnight visit, wife went out early to get some shopping, & I got stuck trying to put my socks on It hurt like hell too!
  20. Internet find, no reds round here anymore.
  21. Yep,thats quite cool!
  22. What a bad way to go!
  23. We have all told you,it is not going to be a great saw, simples. If you want a good reliable saw,go for a known brand of good repute,if you want to faff about pondering cheap Chinese saws, then go get one & find out how bad they are, it really is that easy. People responding to this thread are trying to save you from wasting your money, they know saws inside out. You have asked about 3 saws to date, none of them worth even looking at, stop wasting yours & everyone elses time & take the advice given...go for a known & respected make of saw.
  24. That's 3 carpy saws the op has asked about now, just get yourself a decent saw, saves a lot of messing about.
  25. I would go for a more powerful saw, you never know when you might need the extra grunt to chase the hinge if you need to, a 16 inch bar it pushing the boundries of a 200t in my line of thought
