  1. when you are helping someone new to climbing practice for their climbing test and you cant work out why they are so slow and nervous in a tree:scared1:

  3. looks very well kept to me he must love it in his garden to go to all the effort at his age i have to say though why can we not have trees managed in this way if it means it is there rather than not? (im not saying it is good tree care) but how dose it differ from coronet cut trees which i have seen pictured and in person? and also what will happen to the tree if the guy takes Md's advice and gets an arborist in next time will they have as strong a views as most of the posts here and will they change the chaps management to their way of thinking what will that create?...... a monster rather than a fairy tale?

    post some video when you get some plz id like to see the quality i got a vholdr in the end and it seems quite good interesting to see how the cheaper options compare for those of us who cant afford pov's:bored:
  6. stretch airs for me i wont ever buy hi flex again they are just not tough enough airs are far stronger and slightly less stretchy but they last better by far

  9. might this be a simmilar fungi also on the bark collar of a willow near an old wound dont know if you can see it very well but it had a white mold like line almost right around it

  11. had a go on one last weekend its good to climb on but i still think the biggest benifit would be on long climbs when you first go up but it would need to be installed with a throw line to do that?

  13. if you have to do that then its a waste of time surely the most benifit will be on long straight free hanging climbs with a hitch climber. if you have to climb up to put it in whats the point?

  15. best thing for the waders is to buy some cheap plasticy ones they are normally quite baggy and there is room for chainsaw pants under them i have worn them like that and they did the job wouldnt say they were the most comfortable thing ive worn but not too bad
  16. how do you get it up the tree? i cant work it out:confused1: it must be possible to set it useing a throw line but i cant figure it out?
