    buget depends on whether the wife finds out LOL kind of think an sd one would be good? iv been looking at the atc ones but they dont seem very good? there is a vholdr that seems good but its on the expensive side i would buy one of those if it was nearer £150 thats probably my top end

  5. Hi all which helmet camera should i buy? ive been looking on e bay amd cant decide if any of the cheap ones are worth buying and also the good ones seem to cost a lot what ones the best value for money etc?

    well, ive got to say it is abies and either alba or procera as i couldnt find any cones for a better id i have used three different id books and cant narrow it down any further so well done

  18. i didn't sorry heres another from a diferent angle you might like the pic also from the same job, as the ganoderma and these, the one i posted in the id quiz thread wich is a tree directly opposite the oak in the fungus thread

    its over a drive but nothing else the chap who owns the ground has us in once a year to do deadwooding bit of haloing and other such things(general tidy) the tree in the pic is not entirely healthy it has a central upright limb (still alive) with rot creeping downward but it has been reduced around two years ago and will need removeing in future i expect. also found what i think is a newly emerging canker high in a limb over the dirve (pic bellow) the owner loves his trees and thinks some are circa 1816 i think he said his family have owned it since 17 somthing

  25. thats more of an answer. i take it that that stops infection etc getting in? and that it happens quickly
