  1. Yeah- that is pretty funny. JCrobot- have you completely missed the joke, or have WE missed the irony on your post lol!!
  2. There is a solar kiln in cornwall.....useless in the winter months. They are very effective in the summer, or in sunnier climes.
  3. Pics please!!
  4. Take that for drinking dickie's milk...
  5. Luke- they are missing the point too. Hornbeam is very hard, yes, but maple/ sycamore etc etc is NATURALLY sterile, which is the whole point.
  6. But nowhere does it mention Beech. Sycamore or maple are used for sanitary reasons.
  7. Bloke walks into a bar and says "who wants to hear an Irish Joke?" The bloke next to him (built like a tank) taps him on the shoulder and says "Before you say anything, I'm Irish, the Landlord who has served time for murder is Irish, The bloke at the end of the bar is a bare knuckle boxing champ for the irish Travellers and the doorman is ex IRA. So do you REALLY want to tell an Irish joke in here?" The bloke replies "Not if i have to explain it four flippin times..."
  8. Ta. thought it was there.
  9. Dear All Are we heading for the £7 gallon of fuel? Will it hit £8 later in the year? Please, please forward this email to all your friends, work colleagues, family and everyone you know on Facebook and Twitter. Even if you have not done this before, it could be the most important thing you can do to make a difference to everyone’s lives in the UK Today it was announced that the inflation rate has increased significantly. The Chancellor is committed to a 1p rise ON TOP OF inflation. The fuel duty rise planned for April and the surge in inflation means that the duty rise will be even worse than anticipated. The affect of this will be to add a potential 23p to a gallon of fuel in April (5p per litre). This has to stop. Enough is enough! 30 million motorists have had their full of shouldering this increasing cost and tax burden But, there is a way that you CAN make a difference? Moreover, it will take you less than a minute or two! Please email all your friends, work colleagues, family and everyone you know on Facebook and Twitter Simply go to FairFuelUK and sign the on-line petition. What could be easier? Please tell everyone you know. FairFuelUK, led by motoring campaigner Quentin Willson, will be taking the gathered signatures to 10 Downing Street on 2 March. So far, we have enough to fill nine sacks but we need more! By adding YOUR name, we can make sure that the Prime Minister and the Chancellor are left in no doubt as to the huge injustice of the latest price hike proposals. Please forward this to as many people as you can. With enough support, we CAN make a difference. Don't forget to get a Car Sticker too, from the website… Thanks again and very kind regards Quentin Willson & the Fair Fuel UK Campaign Team FairFuelUK

  13. Too much plastic on the 562 for me. Wouldnt have looked at the 362 if my 361 hadnt been pinched. Yet to find a more perfect saw. 2 mates have them still, and every time i use one I cant help but feeling a bit sad about my loss!!
  14. NIce truck BTW Johnny!!
  15. Other way round i think.....
  16. And they are scrubbed with wire or super tough bristle brush etc too. When one side becomes too dished, they are turned.
  17. I think the stein one comes in hi-viz. i have the standard grey one which is very good.
  18. Rules out my thoughts for certain lol!
  19. Twistedhicap you are correct:http://service.lombardinigroup.it/documents/Manuali%20Officina/English/Work%20Shop%20Manual%20GR%209%20matr%201-5302-286.pdf
  20. I mean its more likely to have either snapped or lost a tooth or a few teeth. That is almost exclusively what causes valve stems or push rods to be bent.
  21. I have both stihl and husky saws. Other than the 200t stihl, my smallest saw is a husky 242xp- superb, in the middle an ms362 stihl, very good, then a husky390xp- love it to bits, and an 088 stihl. I love the 390xp- it got me buying husky saws again after a 10 year absence from them, but the 066 stihls I have used are also excellent. The point i am trying to make is that It pretty much comes down to personal preference, or possibly what you get the best price on at the time.
  22. Booyakasha!!
  23. End-grain sycamore. It is naturally sterile, and the grain closed up after the meat cleaver strikes it. Sycamore was traditionally the wood used in kitchens, and in the worksurfaces of dairies too, for the same reason.
