  4. i have a ten month springer that i intended to work as a gun dog but sadly i dont get any time to go shooting and my other half has been to soft on him now so i think i have to accept that he will only be a pet now , gutted
  5. nice springer , is he/she a working dog / gun dog ??
  6. if you alrwady knew then i would not be telling you would i ??!
  7. i spent the morning doing some live line lv cutting , i gave up at about 1 as my live line gloves were filling with watter and i was soaked didnt really fancy getting a shock from 3 phase today lol
  8. i have gone for the biggest i could get , the waist is hanging off me but my legs have a bit of space . that is the only down side to having muscular legs lol , if i let the braces down too shake out my polo shirt my trousers fall down lmao
  9. im sure many others will offer the same quality of service . but in order to do so we all need to feed back information to them to aid with the improvment of kit , i have made some sugestions to justin on ways that stretch air trousers could be improved , i really hope that my comments and ideas will go towards the improvment of the trousers , but let be honest a broken zip or the fabric going in an area with no protection is much better than the chainsaw protection failing !!!!
  10. i had the pleasure of seenin one of them at work for real the other day , it had 2 flail heads working at the same time , nice bit of kit !!
  11. Recently at the AA show a bought a pair of type c stretch air trousers , within 3 days of wearing them the zip went (some of you may have had the same problem ) so i contacted justin at F.R Jones , he was spot on and sent another pair strait out to me . i recieved them in tip top condition but sadly after 2 days use the stitching came appart just under the flys so i called justin and let him know what had happened he offered me another pair of the same trousers or a totally different pair or even pay for my current trousers to be repaired . i sent the trousers back and asked for anoth pair of the same . on recieving them justin again called me and said that he had been speaking to fletcher stewart about it and betwene them they agreed to send me a pair of the longer leg trousers and a pair of braces at the same time at no extra cost . i recieved them yesterday and been climbing in them all day and im pleased to say im really happy with them so far . the service i have recieved from F.R Jones , Fletcher Stewarts and Stretch Air has been first class and could not fault them . This was made possible by the professionalism of justin at F.R Jones . i am not the kind of guy to get arsy when kit is faulty , i would much rather give my feed back to supplyers which in turn gets fed back to the manufacturer who in turn can improve the quality of the product . the moral of the story is that when kit is faulty dont simply deam it as crap or a waist of money or slait it ! what you need to do is give your feed back to the supplyer . once again a big thans to Justin @ F.R Jones , Fletcher Stewarts and Stretch Air .:001_smile:
  12. simples get a jensen or timberwolf , you should have much less trouble , i did and appart from wear and tear my chipper has not mised a beat - the futures bright the futures orange !!!!!
  13. like i said i currentl have a transit its new and yes it is quit nice to turn up in a brand new truck but it costs to do that . so my theory is that is i get an older cheaper truck to run i will save a considerable ammount of money thus allowing me to buy a mog without having to worrk about getting finance to do it . without wanting to sound rude how did you guys go about getting a mog ??
  14. and how far did you get ??? i offered him 3k and he said it was too much lol well words to the equivelant
  15. nice , im thinking of one with sliding side doors so that if i need to i can chip into the side and maybe a tilting roof on gas struts but may still end up as a standard chip box , what sort of price you thinking of selling them for ?
  16. noe cabstar is still going to be converted . im currently working on the design for it and looking into small hiabs , but it may have to wait as i want to make a new chip box
  17. anyone got any more mog pics ????? please lol
  18. ok 3 grand for the landy lol oh and i promise to take good(ish) care of it

  20. thats a big ten four on the picture front , the groundy is no more and im in controle of the cammera lol well you can have pictures of the bits that look ok so a will try to make it at least one picture
  21. ha ha , like i said i currently have an 08 plate transit and that is already breaking , the tipper is tempermental , the clutch is fooked , the suspension is giving u the ghost and the breaks are really crap lol , so i guess driving an older bag of crap should be ok'ish lol i dont think i ever want a brand new truck again , well at least for a while
  22. i dont mind as long as it lasts 12 months , if it costs me 3k for a year im happy , much cheaper then leacing a truck , and i dont get charged for killing it ha ha ha ha
  23. this one has a full service history and milleage but yeah i would have liked to go u to the midlands and bought a truck as commercials down here seem to fetch funny money .
  24. ha ha , i saw it and thought what the hell it will do , all i thought of was the money i will be saving lol plus there will be no risk of a speeding ticket whilst towing the chipper any more
