  1. new tipping grounds in north northumberland, chippings and heavy cuttings only ........ it has clean access...... so if any lads are working up this way and need a tipping ground (its all free) pm me for futher details

  3. dont you just hate it when your gear lets you down.. went to a job ,gets out the saw (best one i have) its fully serviced and the fecker wont run right.. poor idleing and loss of power on revs.. mucks about with usuall spark plug-filter-screws and other things but still nothing... so i use the older saw to do the job... when i return home i get the good saw out to see whats up with it.... and guess what???? it starts and runs mint......... makes you wonder?????:confused1:

  10. thanks, im gonna stick with stihl,,, for the parts and servicing side of things.. shame they still didnt make the old hs80 24in as this was a top cutter..
  11. its the same in all trades.. they come and go... best to just focus on what your doing, keep yourself or comany up and running, and when the b+q bandits f4ck up, hopefully they'll ring you... just grin and bear it, as every dog has its day...............
  12. how do you guys rate the fuji robin hedge cutters? as its time for a new cutter.... it seems very light and powerful.. iv the old stihl 80 cutter.. but its been worked hard, iv looked at the new 81 but it seems to be shrouded in cheap plastic any ideas???

  23. 24 pence per bag?? im paying 11pence.. (for the same size) its best to shop around (check the dealers on the net..) dealers give good prices if bought in LARGE quatitys, this can also vary on the quality of the nets.. nets of logs sell from £3-£5
  24. i havnt seen a new 4x4 transit yet, but on my rounds iv seen a brand new single wheel transit tipper, looked funny as it was short and stumpy with pram wheels all round....
