  1. 046 mate all the way. as steve b said the big saw will sit in the shed most of its life. i bet there is someone on here that is close to you with one you could borrow or hire if you got stuck.

  3. big takedowns are good for pr mate, but usually i do those nightmare ones at the weekend so everyone can see it getting done and more chance of more work. that looked like a job for me and hucks chinook!lol:001_smile:
  4. not bad, got an oak to take down that the council guys made an arse of, and some climbing to do in argyll next week.and usual bits and bobs kicking around, but nothing juicy.

  11. i took a beech down that grew like that, but it spiraled. nightmare job, over a green house. the split was full of worms.
  12. when i had a transit my fabricator told me the angle at the back was a lot stronger than a square edge, i had a extended angled back door before i had a chipper, you could cram loads in and it it tipped like a cylage trailer.

  21. thats my wet dream that is, there is a gut on you tube, must be skyhucks long lost american brother. i think his name is michael poor. he has an awesome remote controlled one. i think they can get away with it with the size of their streets.
