i transplanted a 20 footer once years ago with a jcb, we did it at about 6am on a sunday morning, sat across the main rd and howked it out and stuck it on the transit. i stuck it in my mates garden for a laugh, looks great now and that was about 8 years ago. -

met tommy today and his dragon it is even bigger and better than the pics show, i was impressed with the felling of the monster beech up the small path. this would of been a 120 foot beech no bother. big cavity half way with an old drey in it. who ever felled it hats off to you. tommy is a good bloke with a lot of talent. well worth a look guys if you are passing only 5 mins off the motorway:biggrin:

great story mate, i love finding stuff in trees. when i was a kid i used to mark all the trees i had climbed with duck tape as high as i could. climbing as a kid was amazing now we call it free climbing and is frowned upon in the work place but i still cant resist a play when i am walking the dogs
