  7. it seems to me, if you want a quote from nfu, call the kilmarnock office, they do differ all over the country, but this one seems to be the best, i see myself as a branch dragger that climbs here or there. as for above 80feet. probably lucky about 6 times in 10years. above 50 foot, lucky once a month, there is also 24 hrs in a day, and we are ON CALL, so that should make our percentages even less.
  8. i did one like that tom, so easy, but now the boards have rotted and not been replaced. hence i havent done it for about 4 years:001_smile:
  9. why not just spike the lawns through the winter and scarify twice a year then lower your hieght of cut, moss doesnt like much more than 8 mm. moss is a side affect so to speak from poor aeration. a mechanical control rather than a chemical. but more expensive, better for you though.

  16. have you found any good stuff yet mark, you cant beat a kids den you dont know is in there, tied up with 50feet of stolen close line. you have to do some pretty dodgy 12stem fell combo, that usually requires you to cut and duck:scared1:or a bt pole is always good, getting stuck in blind until you get a whiff of creozote.aahhh!!
