  1. £108 / day strikes me as quite low. I wish timber contracting had that! That £108 is your costs before you've even got out of bed so by actually working, you cost more in order to offset the standing cost just to service the company as it were. Rough guestimate; for £108/day, turnover is iro £125-175k?
