  1. The farmers who drink at the same pub as me, have spent the evening surrounding the pub in silage bells to help stop it flooding. We got our priorities right down yer in Zumerrrset.

  6. Cheers guys, aslong as i know it aint broken I'l soon learn the limitations of it, now i know not to get a scissor tipper on my next truck.
  7. Single cab, mwb, 55plate iveco, had this for about a month now and today got the chance to fill it right up with chip. Carrying chip on site, tipping 50yards away from where we were chipping. Obviosly alot of weight, 4/5ton perhaps? Anyway, it wouldnt tip it, to heavy, is this normal? Had to fork about half the chip out before it would go. Even then i had to lift the back as i was pressing the button just to get it going. Obviosuly the truck is very rarley this full, if im on the carrige way then im more sensible about my load size! Its the scissor action type tipper, if this is normal, then fairenough. But if not any idea what the problem is? Should say this is the first time ive tested the truck really, apart from hedge trimmings in the back ive not had alot of weight in there. But today i just got the impression that even a "normal" load of chip (yes probably still overloaded, but not to excess) wouldnt tip out if i tried. Your thoughts?
  8. Yawnnnn, everything gives you cancer. I wouldnt worry.

  13. So i managed to cut my hand open the other day, not work related, just one of those stupid things. 12 stiches in the palm of my hand and god knows how long off work, need to wait for my strength to come back in my hand aswell as letting the injury heal so i can grip ropes etc... Im self employed so obviously no sick pay, are there any benefits i can get? Cheers

  15. Motocross to me is more a way of life than a hobby Unfortunatly i had to sell my bike recently due to being out on my own and having to fund a place to live. But am already saving to get another bike. Still watch and follow it like a religion though, from the british champs, to the world and the american stuff. Its funny when you watch the fastest people at the british champs, you think there fast until a guest gp or ama rider comes across and smokes them all by like 10secs a lap! lol You still keep in touch with big bad brad lorry? Since hes racing in Oz and all...

  21. A major row has broken out in the irish Olympic synchronized diving team after Paddy accused Mick of copying him...
