  5. Some really nice pictures there:thumbup: What camera do you use?
  6. No worries bud,you wont regret buying the tacyon. Im in the same boat as you with the SRT thing. Would love to be using it at our place but dont know anyone round here that uses it to show me the best ways of using it:sneaky2:. Might just have to buy the kit and spend a few hours pratting about on the park!! haha
  7. SRT is something im gonna really get into in the new year:thumbup1: Now to the thinner ropes! haha. I climb using a vt and a lockjack and i run them both on tachyon(new england and teufleberger). The tachyon is 11.5mm and is by far my favourite rope!! Its way better than marlow which i cant stand!! Its very light and there's hardly any stretch in them. Now i can splice double braid its even better!! Alot of people also climb on blaze which is 11mm. Ive never climbed on it myself but i think its just that little bit too thin. Hope that helps a bit!! haha Merry christmas mate:thumbup:
  8. Got an engraved zippo lighter from my boss saying"Head Climber" on it!! Now that was a surprise!! haha Oh yeah and shed loads of haribo!!!
  9. Just got in,been on scrumpy all night. Cant believe the first thing i did was put arbtalk on when i got in!!! haha Merry christmas everyone....
  10. Not used a spiderjack but do use a lockjack sometimes. Very nice piece of kit but do take a bit of getting used to. They can be very fast when decending and a bit jumpy when you first try and figure out how much pressure to apply. Happy climbing though mate im sure you'll love it:biggrin:
