  9. Some cracking pictures there:thumbup1:. What camera do you use?
  10. At the minute im using samson bailout and i find it really nice. Other than that i usually use bee line. The bailout seems to last longer and is faster than the bee line

  15. cheers mate. Some wise words there:thumbup1: Yeah typing can be a giggle at times!haha. Apparently if you fall and bang your wrist that can also trigger it! We're currently looking into updating our saws. So its all heated handles and what not now:001_smile:. I think using the top handle one handed is a big contributing factor too.
  16. Well my uncle was a tree surgeon and my dads a hortaculturist so been round tools and that all my life:biggrin: Glad to here that about your mum mate, thats the kind of thing i like to hear:thumbup1: The doctor did say that women are alot more prone to it than men.
  17. Well with me its like a red hot pain from my thumb travelling down into my wrist. The other big symptom is pins and needles. When its really bad though i drop things involuntaraly. I also cant hold small objects like pens or needles for very long because it hurts and my hand starts shaking. If you think you've got it then go see your gp. They do some simple tests to start with. After that its electricution time!! haha
  18. Im only 26 mate but been using tools since i was about 12. Mostly strimmers, mowers and hedgecutters(old knackers though usually) been on the saws since i was about 17ish.
  19. Yes mate but its alot worse in my right one. The left one's not too bad at the minute but the doc recommended having it done.
  20. Yeah the time off work is whats doin me! The doctor said up to 3 months before i'll have full use of my hand again!!! Thats why im curious to see how true this is? I didn't like the electric conduction test. I hate things like that. I do sometimes use a wrist support nick when its really bad. It sucks too because i use my right hand for all my favourite things:001_tongue:
  21. I shall deffinatley be there:thumbup: I can really recommened a workshop with nod!! Very well run and very educational.
  22. For a long time now ive had alot of problems gripping things, but just recently its become so bad i cant even hold my drum stiks:sneaky2:.Im kept awake most nights due to pins and needles in my fingers!! Ive been to the specialist today and they've confirmed that its tatered and so they've recommended operating on it. What i want to know is: Has anyone had this operation? Was it successul? How long was the recovery time? The doctor said that mine is really bad and there's only a 50/50 chance it'll be any better:thumbdown:
  23. We use them now and again, but to be honest they terrify me!! that bein said though there a god send when tryin to get up a big hairy lime or something of that nature.
  24. Haha, cheers for confirming it:001_tongue:. Its a good job im in an heavy metal band to balance it out!!
  25. Look what nod sent me today:biggrin: Looks like my weekend's sorted..........i think i may need to get out more!! haha
