    Gutted! I think they tried to control everything from way too early, Wiggin's n Stannard were phenominal though. As for Froome..... Reckon he's saving himself for Wednesday's time trial. I hope Wiggin's aint worn himself to a frazzle and thrashes the arse off Froome and everyone else. Well done to Vinoukorov..... Excellent move. Didn't get anywhere near the Mall but still a good day. Couple of pics.

    I'd say it's cos you're new to climbing. You could try a bit of weight training, especially biceps n lats, get them strong enough and you'll be able to pull yourself up without straining anything else.

    Good call John, they're a bit too close for comfort. Especially as you could tell the colour of the train drivers eye's as you were swinging from a harness...... Let me know if you need that tip site mate....

    Following on from our phone conversation this morning, they're a medium and class1 type C not class 2. Medium in these come up big, I'm 6' and they fit me a treat so they might be a bit big for you John. Anyhow the missus has just put em in the machine for a freshen up and I'll post a pic later.

    I've got a Komatsu 300 top handled saw for spares if it's of any use, it fires up and run's but it's gutless. I won't strip it, you can have the whole unit for a fair price.
