  1. Well my 16 month old dog looks great on the stuff . So people who know me will undertsand that I have got to try it . I lost many lbs on the Paleo thingy then went on holiday and gained 5lb So back to the dog food thingy . The bigger chunks are sweeter and the black charcoal bits are bitter . 1 Whole day on dried dog food and I feel no bloat and no low sugar crash and have loads of energy . No ball throwing jokes please My diet has so far today consisted of 840g of dried dog food ha ha ha . Heading for the vodka now ?

  7. Has anyone made one ? Was thinking of making my own incinerator at our yard ? Basically one metal skip placed on top of another metal skip and weld both together with the addition of a chimney ? Basically for burning all those pesky rakings and the like Anyone else got anything similar ? Pics would be cool . We already burn the rakings in the metal skips . Trouble is the flames get so bloody high and the landowner don't like it . He seemed to like the idea of a contained fire ?
  8. Charge £40 for that little trailer . Lots of my customers dont even let me on there drive when they see my trailer with 4 builders bags full of logs . They seem to think there drive will be destroyed Go for the small trailer easy access approach . Hope it works for you .
  9. Hot water from the kettle to melt the adhesive then I used petrol to clean any bits left over . I have used this method on both Red and white trucks and the petrol did not damage the paintwork .

  12. Dave Chainsaw I started off with 3 Bow saws and one rubbish McCulloch 50cc Chainsaw over 20 years ago . Worked my little balls off 7 days if the work was there . Climbed some dangerous tree's ( not advisable ) but hey I was younger . I am not rich , just comfortable . Attack the world matey its all there you just got to find it . Be honest / fair and charge a reasonable rate . Oh and smile be polite and get the banter going . All the best in your quest .

  14. Not to many pics . They have been used on Ash / Oak and Pine . They make me smile when wearing them as they cost virtually nowt Comparison pic's of some old gaffs next to the recent welded ones . Some people won't like the idea of welding new steel to older gaffs . I don't care this is not a debate just a few pics

  16. Nail on the head there Ant I have helped lots of younguns onto the path of employment . All bar one have turned out great . I know your a good bloke as you have helped me out recently . Some people just talk about doing things and this thread so far has led me to this conclusion . Time will pass this man by if he don't get a grip . Just my opinion . Some people expect to be spoon fed . Everything on a plate and delivered to the door . Even then some people feel hard done by . Big world out there David Chainsaw but you will never taste it from the sofa .
