  1. We ended up with the jo beau 300 as a little back up chipper to our other small chipper the TW 125 . The jo beau was out on a willow take down a week or so ago and did brilliant all chip was left on site . To be fair the willow needed less snedding for the jo beau than the Tw would of needed . Top machines the jo beau and the cs100 although the jo beau I believe is a tad lighter .
  2. I,m coming if you,ll have me I,ll bring a few others along too .
  3. Aye up Paul when you left the APF where did you end up that night ? I loved the fact you had a few spare days and could of headed off in any direction . Top banter had by all next to the fire Saturday night
  4. Aye steve it was great . Now get back on the paleo diet Monkeybusiness yes catch you one day . Rich Rule cannot believe you were just across the field from us and we never knew . That Yurt was class I bet it was warm in there . I took the wrong sleeping bag to the show and only realised a zzzz time . I picked my 12 year olds bag up by mistake and it was tiny and cold but I was happily drunk .
  5. Saw you drive past us but unfortunately we were to drunk to get your attention although we tried

  13. I hear you Ian . I got the belt off my old fella until I was 9 Hurt like but did make me a tad thick skinned . He hit me with the buckle end once and from that day on he sat me down and talked to me like an adult . Which is what I do with my two lads 13 and 19 works for me . Talking through there mistakes made us closer
  14. You can slap kick chop and throw a log on site all day . You can't do that with a kid . So point taken
  15. Missed your vocation in life Ian
  16. Excellent But to be fair they wouldnt hack it and we would get bored
  17. I really hope you do get some private work from that lot . What Ian said makes sense . Although like your lady said . It was for the kids . Nice work any way . Strange thing was when my kids left primary I wasnt asked to do any more work . Trouble is the bloody high school is now hot on my heels
  18. I worked for all my local primary schools and my kids only ever attended one of those schools . I now only work for two of my local primary schools . This was due to an out of school bitching by staff from different schools ? One said Woodchip was £ X and the other said £ X . I ended up getting grief off the local parish council ? The chip was free to both schools ? I now only work for the ones who appreciate my efforts nowadays . I will cover my costs on the local school work and my basic day rate simple . There not happy well just show them what the proper full cost to an outside party would of been
