  15. Thats the problem with dealers supported forums, but with out there support a lot of forums wouldn't survive. One reason I tend not to get cought up in threads involving dealers now as none of them like criticism but like you too say there product is the best and how great they are even when there not Ftr I have bought part's from orange plant and had v good service , never bought a machine though.   24. I would agree a bitter pill to swallow but thats life, I bought a used 4012 diesel like yours ty and had problems, it was eventually traced to a broken earth wire tucked away near the exhaust once fixed never had a problem and is s great machine.
