Fantastic session this morning.I am really enjoying Squats.Deep and controlled.Great feeling.Was suffering a bit this morning after my first full session on dumbells and like most things i'm doing in the Gym now,i'm hooked.

I'm finding that i can excercise longer and feel better when i workout on an empty stomach.I even had to force myself to eat this......Apparantly fasting can be a good thing in moderation.

This is how i remember winter.Heavy snow which drifted.Really cold..A few pictures from yesterday and this morning.We have very deep snow and Freezing conditions.It is excellent quality snow.Powdery and dry.I'm lovin this dramatic weather but to others it will be hell.Going to check up on a couple of elderly people in the area.
