Thanks Darrin.I'm trying not to post too many pictures of this view but it's the first thing i see each morning and it is different every time i look out.

I'm a machine when it comes to turning pedals...[emoji6] I Don't squat heavy.Not wanting to build the lower muscles of me up too much as i'm very strong already from Lots of cycling,rowing and walking...I only ever wanted to get a bit fitter then maintain using the Gym.

Going to move my bonsai.They don't seem to like too much direct sunlight although mine is looking very healthy.

Another day of sunshine it seems with just a hint of cloud makes for a nice shot.

Insane day at the Gym following a couple of hours dragging brash for my son![emoji21] Hot and sweaty is an understatement. Favourite discipline is the squat rack now.Pause reps.love em. followed by about 15 miles on the bike.

What an outstanding day that was...i really feel i am on the right path mentally and physically.Almost on the cusp of something really special.A dream about to come true.
