As i am quite new to this form of excercise (16 months now) i am learning so much about how our muscle memory works,how they attatch to our tendons,skeletons etc ..Was quite interesting to learn that although our muscles grow our tendons stay the same.

Good morning Mick,i am awaiting my next move down the Lantra route which should be soon,until then i have been doing my own thing locally.There aint much up here at all though and i will be back on the road i suppose.

Back into my routine now after four sessions in the Gym last week and quite a few miles on the bicycle.And i shall be there within the hour once i've has my coffee.Feel energised just listening to all the birdsong this morning.Tis fantastic!.Been researching early weightlifters and found this old picture of George Hackenshmidt.apparantly he was the Arnie of his time.

Misty start to the day but the forcast is great for the week here in Durham City.Temperatures are rising and Spring is in full swing.And even more exciting for me in the fact that the Arbshow is only a couple of weeks away!

Onward and upward indeed Big J. Well done on the Pb. Had things on the last few weeks which has thrown my Gym routine out a bit.However apparantly it's not a bad thing to have some time off.Suffered a bit after my first full session back and expected it.Been trying to work out what has benefited me more over the last fifteen months.Becoming T-total or moving weights and come to the conclusion that it's definately a combination of the two.Having a clear head 24/7 has increased my brain power and increased my happiness levels.And i get such a buzz when you feel the blood rushing into your muscles.Gave my triceps a real workout tonight.

Hey Dan...If you love it,don'tgive up on it.There is a lot of work about right now if you are prepared to travel,is that an option? Arbtalk and Arbjobs.com all seem to have more jobs appearing within the industry.

Both are so good at what they do.Interested to hear peoples views I like the Heavy duty look and feel as well as the clunky opperation of the H2 but have to admire the smooth and versatile GRCS with it's Harken bollard is real quality.
