  1. Obama got one simply for being black - if the current peace deal holds then I’d suggest Trump very much deserves the award next year.
  2. I’m mostly talking about if dealing with this bloke!
  3. Welsh businessman left customers furious after they paid thousands, then one got on a plane to confront him | Wales Online WWW.WALESONLINE.CO.UK Companies run by Sean Reilly have left a trail of angry customers Wasn’t sure where to put this - it’s a news article so here will do I guess! A mate was nearly stung by this guy - gave him a £5k deposit for a tiltrotator that never materialised. It took nearly 12 months to get the money back (only got it back after things got a bit heavy…) Tread carefully - only part with money once what you are buying is loaded onto your trailer!
  4. I know nothing about bullets and rifles etc, but I do have a mate who is a police shooting range commander. He told me (on a pub crawl, so I will almost definitely have the wrong end of the stick…) that the armed police essentially use ‘dum dum’ rounds (banned by the Geneva convention for armies shooting at each other due to the damage they inflict upon their target) as they are only ever going to shoot at someone when they need guaranteed immediate stopping power - the likelihood of the survival of the target is an irrelevance at the point the decision to shoot is taken. They don’t practice with these rounds in the indoor range as they fragment and there is a higher likelihood of ricochet.
  5. Such a great old field-edge apple tree, thriving whilst rather compromised!
  6. Sounds a bit threatening Mick!…. (I would think twice about visiting the UK ‘Fatherland’ under your own identity after publishing such wild online calls-to-arms!)
  7. What’s the chain speed Steve? Is there a chain shot/safety zone issue or can it be used within sensible distances of 3rd parties?
  8. There were some blokes apparently selling their industry-specific training scheme at the APF a few years ago but their demo was not particularly confidence-inspiring… If you want to undertake crane dismantles and definitely be insured then your safest route is to get a contract lift and do everything as directed by the crane company.
  9. Great post, i think you’ve summed it up very well here!
  10. The ‘Royal Mail’ are now a privately (foreign) owned business looking for any excuse to justify increased prices and reduced services. Of course they will blame Trump for anything they can.
  11. Love it! I’ve recently got a 79 series - will hopefully see me out! 😂
  12. I’d stick them on Facebook marketplace at £20 each and see if you get a bite.
  13. I bought an MDL Power Up petrol flail (for the back of a quad) as part of a package of machinery - it was well made and did a good job, but was incredibly heavy on the drawbar (the design seemed slightly badly executed in this regard). Was clearly a bit ‘Chineseium’ in some aspects, but the price reflected this.
  14. Each affected property should ask property 4 if they would allow the affected property (solely at the affected property’s expense) to cut property 4’s hedge down to their desired specification. There is nothing beneficial in this situation for property 4 - why should they also be encumbered with expense?
  15. Madonna is looking a bit rough these days!
  16. It’s nothing like the same logic - that’s a nonsensical twisted argument. Nobody is suggesting ‘only foreigners’ are responsible. It is surely ridiculous to invite/accept/welcome unknown groups of random men with a far higher-than-average predilection for such crimes into our country when we already have more than enough of our own scumbags committing such acts?
  17. How can it not be the case? If the asylum seeker rapists weren’t in the country then how could they possibly rape children who are here?
  18. Fergal is very good and absolutely spot on with his thoughts - hats off to him.
  19. What a snivelling self-congratulating turd of a man!
  20. Forget buy back - force them to fix the issues, penalise them heavily if/when they don’t, leave them to fold (no bailouts) and then take them back under government control.
  21. I love that bike - am annoyed with myself for not bidding on this the other day (it apparently sold for less than £700…)
  22. Why aren’t they dredging the life out of it whilst it’s empty ffs?! Increase capacity without upsetting the enviro-huggers. It would be a fast, cheap and easy way of bolstering short-term storage.
  23. Any pics? Not much you’ve not done!
  24. Brilliant film, definite top 5 (with Jaws, Mad Max 2, Smokey and the Bandit and Return of the Jedi)…
  25. Just run a mulcher through it and throw a bit of grass seed down at that point, it’ll be a flat field within a fortnight.
