  1. Unicender with a crab in the top hole?
  2. Why even spend £50? Surely there is a job shortage and a gap in the market. You'd just have to hire a new start every week when your old groundie invariably dies in the woods. Leave them where they fall, hire a new one. No need to worry about providing expensive PPE for them as they're going to die quickly into their career so just do away with it altogether. Each dead groundie will rot and fertilise the trees, making them grow faster and providing more work for you. I think I've got this sorted lads....
  3. Using a spoke shave and a vice. Just pull towards yourself and rotate as you go.
  4. That's a shame I'm sure I'll bump into you at some point:thumbup1:
  5. Made these for the wife for our anniversary. Think they look pretty good
  6. I thought that John. Any timber of that size shouldn't go for firewood
  7. Black coffee and a baguette. Standard price
  8. It's like Fight Club mate. You have to know the right people. 2nd in line is still available if you dibs it quick
  9. I make sure I show up with any First Aid equipment I might need. Also included a Chainmail suit in case an eagle picks me up and drops me near sharks. Don't have any room for saws in the truck but you never know if those pesky freedom eagles will strike
  10. As long as the bigger boys were gentle with you mate
  11. Apparently not. It's fine as long as you have your cling film and 4 people to carry you
  12. Welcome to the forum. Nice little video that. Not a criticism, but there were a few instances where you might have been a bit better off putting sapwood cuts in prior to the backcut. It might have been the camera angle but the top looked close the stumps you'd left lower down, could have been miles out but looked like they could have come down a bit more to limit the risk but thats a risk with GoPros! Hard to tell if you're not there!! Cheers for taking the time to make it and post it!! Tommy
  13. Walk around the shows and I'd say there are a good percentage of tree workers who aren't fit enough to be tree workers:laugh1:
  14. Why would it be scrap? The witness line is there for a reason
  15. I remember my first SRT. Night out with a girl from Watford. Better than going home alone. Cleared up after a round of tablets. Much more careful now though
  16. Condoms are getting bigger though. Silver linings and all that!!
