  9. Depends on what it is. If its the standard low melting point stuff, then a sharp knife (or a hot knife if you are loaded) will do. If its the higher melting point stuff, (like Bee-line or Ocean Polyester etc, then cut with a sharp knife and use liquid rubber if you can get hold of it, tape, or as someone suggested on a previous thread, Superglue. (Although I just tape mine)
