  1. No. Had to hold the green button in constantly to get it to feed. Blue one reversed rollers ok
  2. Having trouble with the chipper, the feed rollers keep stopping. Press the green button and they start up again, but stop after a short period. Having to have my finger on the green button is getting annoying. Any ideas what it could be ? Loose wire somewhere?
  3. I run one on a 40hp kubota and have yet to have a problem with it
  4. Why not go for a hycrack that just uses PTO power and no hydraulics?
  5. Why are you not allowed to take pictures? It's worth mentioning, Ford will get out of any warranty claim by stating that you haven't washed underneath often enough!
  6. That at least has four wheels. The other one has to be dragged along surely?
  7. I brought a digga that I have set up to run on both my micro and avant. It's great on the avant, fast, and can reverse. Slow on the micro and no reverse, but i have yet to get it stuck!
  8. Flowering cherry. 15ft high, 700mm rootballs. Tree ties had to double up!
  9. Yes. I had a skip for the clay. I filled a 4 yard from 10 tree pits
  10. I have used the pallet forks before, pushed both together in the middle, then plunged them in under roots, breaking them all the way round. Surprisingly powerful
  11. I tried it for the first time today! Very impressed. I dug the tree pits first, then set the tree stake in some clay and flint ground. Only one met resistance, but it drove them in a good 2ft or so! Vid to follow I hope!
  12. They advise making a pilot hole first with a bar
  13. I have just purchased the Honda post driver, and will be driving in 10 3.5inch uni stakes on Saturday. I will let you know how I get on. I looked at the cheaper machines, but I like the fact that they do an adapter for chainlink posts for this one!
  14. Not sure if it helps, but when I fill up my crushers, I undo a breather first to allow all the oil in. If I dont, I cannot fill it up without an air lock Did you measure how much you put in compared to what should be in the system?
  15. I lost interest when I read "Kohler engine"
  16. Try bart chipper doctor. He is mobile. Look him up on Facebook. Did a great job on my machine
  17. Would rather hear the machinery than the background music
  18. Get in touch with Ian at a company called Rapidpumps. He will make you an exact copy if you send him the old one, but do check what's said above
  19. I note your comment about the machine " got burnt out" Years ago I was using a local guy who ran two 1994 case backhoe loaders, his two sons drove them and he did the muck away. One night they parked both diggers up in a council yard. The CCTV captured the moment one machine, 6 months old, burst into flames in the middle of the night, which was handy for the insurance claim. Luckily, the other digger was parked some distance away and unscathed. Seems they had some electrical issues!
  20. Hope so. I have one co,ing in June. I looked at the man version, but it only has a 2.2l and everyone said its crap for towing
  21. I have had cabstar all my working life. Since they stopped making them, Nissan have almost washed their hands of any problems. I agree with you. Nothing but trouble. Seems to be all ad blue related.
  22. I contacted a local one to where I will be working on 6th Jan. Seems to be just a householder looking for mulch. They have said they will take it, so happy days. It seems to work for me!
