  1. I think it depends on the type of tracker. Then of course the thief has to find it!
  2. I hadnt considered the no rent bottle idea. But flux scored is ideal in the wind when I'm outside though!
  3. Not sure I would say it's a gimmick. It's what I use as I am such an an occasional user, its not worth renting bottles. I have used it on site to weld on hinges on gate posts, with success. I mainly use it when I get a broken bolt on a machine and need to weld a nut on to undo it! Yes. 0.9mm is correct.
  4. Spoke to someone the other day that said eventually this ruins the engine and it will fail, as it's not designed to run without adblue.
  5. Also worth noting that it maybe something the Ford dealer did by accident when they had it in for the chassis swap.
  6. Sounds like the a similar problem I had, where I had to undo the valve to lower it manually once, and I hadnt done it back up, so pump sounded like it was working, but it was pumping back to tank. Have you checked if it's done up? Or is lowering solenoid jammed open?
  7. Hi mate Dd1 I believe, it was the smallest they did, it hasnt stopped yet and just smashes through the flint. It is slow, but far quicker than by hand
  8. No doubt running illegally on red too
  9. Good man. I find the more you take the engines out, the easier it becomes!
  10. Has the sensor distance to the flywheel been adjusted? I had a similar thing on an eliet shredder, it was set too far away. Also, when you drop revs, do feed rollers stop?
  11. Have you cleaned the sensor? Mine stopped when it got some crud on the end, once cleaned it was ok. Also, depending on what box you have, is there any visible led lights on there that I dictate it's working?
  12. Best way to do the accounts ,is a spreadsheet. These programmes are well and good, until there is a software glitch, or you need to delete an invoice!
  13. Success. Wired up the new box, its slightly smaller, but fits tighter on the machine, and I cant bolt it to the back plate, but have padded it out and it's a snug fit. At first, the buttons didnt work and I was convinced I had wired it wrong, but it turns out the cover was on upside down, as the buttons are not actually central in the housing, so the were not making contact inside. Whole thing cost less than buying two individual micro switches had they been available!
  14. So i have brought a new box, in the hope I can make it fit. Its smaller, but the buttons are essentially in the correct place. See the inside of the exisiting box. Note I placed a new switch alongside existing so you can see the size difference
  15. Yep, front mount as opposed to base. To small, meaning not long enough to fit the existing base rail. Will get a photo of the inside and show you. I have one of those micro switches to compare.
  16. Tried him, all his stock are NC switches.
  17. Avant with buckets, grabs, forks Woodchipper with chip, wagon. 25miles radius of hemel Hempstead
  18. Thanks, these are too small and upside down annoyingly.
  19. Yes. I have looked at replacing the whole box, cant find one tjat will fit and with the same number of normally open and normally closed switches
  20. The reverse button failed the other day, and upon dismantling the in out box, I discovered one of the micro switches has snapped. The only replacement I can find online is this CONTACT SWITCH N/O TIMBERWOLF ENTEC - Beddoes Ltd Online eShop BEDDOES.CO.UK But they are out of stock as it's an obsolete part Any ideas where I can source a replacement ?
  21. Got a protech tractor mount, been faultless so far. As said, avoid the Jack hammer knock in ones
  22. Do you then have to drag that bag of chip away? Must get to a point where you have to stop filling it before it becomes too heavy?
