  1. Oooh! Very nice. Age/hours price?
  2. I hired the small timberwolf once. It was useless as it didn't have a spout the threw the chips, more chucking it off to the side
  3. What about people buying tractors and trailers, hauling diggers around, logs from tree jobs, muck away in dumper trailers etc. They are not agricultural!
  4. You would be better of on a contract hire to be honest if you are doing that sort of mileage, that way any breakdowns, they get you a replacement vehicle. It's down to them then! that said, Ford do have one of the worst warranties out of all of them
  5. Is that a roller trailer? Bet it's a beast with 20hp on it!
  6. Ah! Does sound like the stress control has stopped working. Therefore it's not sending a signal to the relay for the forward rollers, as it thinks the revs are too low. Someone may correct me. I believe they are a few hundred pounds
  7. I would look at replacing the relays now. They sound like the problem and if faulty also blowing the fuse. It's quite a puzzler this one!
  8. yes! still no joy?
  9. Did you follow my advice??
  10. Ideally you want to use some contact cleaner on all the connections, blasts it all of with an airline, then use the wd40
  11. May be coincidence to do with the fuel. No stress box maybe playing up, sure the revs are set to what's required? Check filters have not sucked in to much dirt and reducing your fuel intake too much
  12. And you continue to buy Ford's because.............?
  13. How come my adblue pump is running for about 10 to 15 seconds after I switch off the engine? What's that doing??
  14. My cabstar does 10,000 before the adblue needs filling up! There is a way of bypassing the adblue but yet to find it!
  15. Anyone know where i can get a replacement blade for an arboreater PTO saw bench? Are they a big standard size? I think its 700mm diameter from memory, but I need to remove it and check first
  16. I had a similar problem. Assuming your blade is tungsten tipped, It was cheaper to buy a new blade
  17. Can't say I advocate giving any wood away for free. Once it's free, it valueless, and the Joe public expect it all the time, and then don't buy seasoned logs from us, therefore supply and demand drops! Also, log goblins are the worst for burning unseasoned wood, giving all stove owners a bad name!
  18. Out of interest, what do you do with the contaminated shreddings? I.e. the stuff with all the nails in
  19. Buy cheap, buy twice!
  20. Stephen, in the fourth picture, what is that silver box mounted inline with the hydraulic pipes on the ram? I saw those today on a kubota and wondered what they do?
  21. Is this a bloody eu regulation by chance?
  22. Not that difficult, and nothing to stop you removing all the dpf either, as I know someone who did just that. What we are doing in this country with emissions will make no difference when China are building more coal fired power stations than ever. They along with usa seem exempt from such legislation
  23. Kohler just don't make a good engine imo. When I saw the new avant had it fitted, I was not interested. Kubota all the way
  24. Moral of the story, stick to diesel unless it's got a Honda engine???
