Just to add - the vertical locking tubes/ bars on containers, take top off n lower a length of chain inside eack one, which jams angle grinders if they use one to cut those. ( but as said - if they really want it they will have it 🙁 ) k

Historically bomb proof design. Like Bandits. Check the usual, oil change, rotor bearings and any electrikery they now fit. K

More of my money would be on the texts n phone records of said individuals when those get dug out n presented. Quite a few rape allegations have fell on their arse when *coff* plaintiff was not where they said they were when the crime occured .. 🤔 ( madly texting their mates) K

@RichSutherland I would get an arb report , and go from there . Not even sure what is the concern from that picture , but the tree will soon be in leaf which will give a clearer indication of health ( or otherwise ) deadwood is often a feature in mature trees - doesnt mean it will fall over K
