  4. You can get more on there than you think and only takes 2 or 3 mins to fork off, so if yr chip site is very local it can work. If you have to take the chip any distance then its a non starter. A trailer can work. Like i say, its just a temporary measure until you get something permanent sorted IF yr hauling chip any real distance, yr wasting money. If yr coming off a job to tip, possibly yr crew has to wait, or yr a man short or any combination that eats into yr profit. Hence big chip truck option further down yr business road. K

  11. If you're looking for budget then go for the transit, parts and repairs are alot cheaper. I would consider putting greedy boards on your hilux until you've saved more money. On the odd occasion you need more space you can hire. Make a good job with alloy planks and it will grow on you plus you will easily sell that when time comes. K

  15. Not at all @Alexthetreesurgeon those nob heads were fre climbing and cutting with one anchor point. But you raise the important point of background not being noted in RIDDOR, who in their right mind would do something lethal ( alcohol abuse / bullied at work / exhaustion from poor work practise) when there is an alternative? K

  18. Get two slabs - slash cut style, get yr router out n carve yr business name n number on them, oil wood n highlight lettering in black, bolt on an yr done. K
  19. And oddly... Just o er the Border... Grouse shooting licence move sparks 'dismay' WWW.BBC.CO.UK The change will happen despite opposition from land managers who claim it will make their businesses unprofitable. ... So. Mono business landowners have their work cut out ( probably shoot a few less eagles at same time ) k
