    The issue is here. Many people want to do a good job and get certificated, learn skills and knowledge, practice their their trade, read up to give it credence etc, then Half Price Harry turns up, bollox it out an think they are the winner ? K ( obvs the hilarity when they fvvk it up is great. But dont show our profession in a good light)

    Gone into the realms of 2Rope now, do recall from my shooting era that yr pretty much have ' a right to a shotgun' on yr land, but have to 'demonstrate a need for a Rifle' . ( after seeing the damage my Parker Hale did to two slabs of kitchen worktop with a soft nosed round, i know why ?) K

    My appeny worth is. SW Scotland pheasant shoot estate, every winter would see heaps of raddled carcasses not fit fr dog food, delivered by bunch of hurrah henrys. Only present wildlife was Red squirrels ( protected spp) nowt else on estate even moles targeted ? pontless use of particularly good farming lowland area. Plantation conifer of the Kershope area. Midlands deer shooting ( munjak) highways ( Parker Hale on my ticket) safety and tree crop protection. Bit of fox shooting fr sheep farmer there ( Voehr. 22) so Fox control is doable without the Hunt. Deer you have to shoot ( tastey ) Pheasant shooting isnt a sport in my book, its a Class priveledge. Waste of money. K
