  15. Actually Dempsey, went to an arboretum that will remain nameless an viewed the millenial tree they had planted - wot a sad little specimen 🙁 over shaded by fully mature Beech n Oaks worked on by a well known name on here. Wont ever make a fine tree ever in its life 😐 K
  16. Dont ask THAT question 😬 firstly, though, still start in For then before yr crippled move to Arb then some sort of upper level where you can influence things. Training or Management or Design. Think you should get a bit of conifer felling in if just fr a couple weeks to get you bent over. Will give you confidence on a saw and set you up for pace of other work, also used to the bits n bobs of keeping a saw running well. Obvs mentoring is important in this. Be tiring but it is for everyone as the body aint normally used in this way. K
