  1. Same motivation, the money !!!! Frankly tho, timber cropping has a long future whereas the flat pack crap housing will only be good fr a couple of decades when the mortgage is paid on it. K
  2. @Big J you forgot abt flooding being eradicated 😊 too. K
  3. That. ( thanks for doing all that writing for me ☺️) K
  4. When you see the fvvk up of conifer planting in UK, Jons method is unanswereable. Norway spruce just don't turn out as well as it does in Scandinavian plantings. Am very eco motivated in my end of this profession, but the cash has to be in the trees to make people bother. I would reforest most of UK if only to piss off developers 😈 K
  5. Just like those Poplar hybrids, unbelieveable after 17yrs , dunno how you would keep up with them in a big planting program. K
  6. Fvvk. Thats absurd growth. K
  7. They regularly eating them at 2PM Morrisons car park in Queensbury, so i think they will have πŸ˜‰ K
  8. Guaranteed. I believe they also ave a ' lot of woodchip' they need shut of, as soon as possible * sniff sniff * k
  9. Just wine fr me tonight but thanks for asking. K
  10. Probably, they do everything else. K
  11. Well, No, would probably be the answer! All the best for Christmas anyway . K
  12. Add handling wood chip to that list 😷 fvvking farmers lung all day. Smoking fags only way to stop that. K
  13. Its all conjecture until you squint this blokes paperwork, n odds on it wont hold water. Done most roles in For n Arb and thats why went Ltd, tax is a farce in UK and insurance just the same, would not be recommending this guy do as he thinking as it not sounding kosher. K
  14. Aye... Ye wont be laffing next month πŸ˜‰ when bin men all off sick 😊 K
  15. Little old 135 with a plough n a covered trailer ( somewhere to sit) fr yr plants get 500 a day in and it will not seem too bad. K
  16. Happy as Larry at the mo - just looking for the NBC suit ...... ...bit of ' hoovering ' to do.. K
  17. Is why old Arabs have crap teeth, sand in virtually everything they eat- thanks to Gulf War II a pinch of uranium too. Its a life you have, use it well. K
  18. @Rough Hewn you missed out wetwipes! K
  19. CiS is a particular arse as its often used to lighten the tax burden fr larger companies regardless of wether they are in construction or not ( personal experience speaking here) and you will have a big bite out of you. K
  20. Bollocks really, its shoddy journalism at best. Even sand is harmful to you in Middle East cos it has heavy metal content. Worry abt everything an you will end up doing nothing. K
  21. .... I think you are- devil is in the detail remember? K
  22. Didnt say that. Point is the mans obvious apprehensive abt this job and a mechanical solution could be better. K
  23. Basically, i would want to see their insurance, then get it in writing - and good luck with that one πŸ˜• K
  24. Just watched Clarkes video of their tool, it leave a shallow trench, so if thats angled down hill its an instant drain. Anythink over 1000 plants, i would plough as yr now looking at repetitive strain conditions with many companies. K
  25. Possibly the OP aint been clear, but an certainly not going to recommend him putting himself in a dodgy situation. If he employed by same company. K
