  1. also, you could use a skip chain to run longer bars when needed on the smaller two saws
  2. if you need 36" then get a 3120 or 88, but surely there isnt many trees that you couldnt do with a 30" on a 395/066 and then just put a 36" on the few times when needed....the 395/66 will outcut the other two saws with a 30" bar, much lighter and cheaper
  3. The spare wheel cover looks superb...although it is always a good sign if you have a landline phone number as well as a mobile, then it doesnt make it look like you're a pikey if you see what im saying. People trust a landline, also many old people dont like calling mobiles....just from my personal experience
  4. "wasnt me ref!!"
  5. I love my 357...... even the mrs is jealous of the orange love:001_tt1:
  6. have been thinking of getting one myself for a while now. Yours looks good, like the top banner. The gallery looks a bit sparse though, as if you are a newbie with only the small Eucalyptus take down... nice pics anyway...And maybe it might be a little more helpful where you listed what you do (crown lifting etc) if you described what these tasks involved so the general public understand as they arent all tree experts.... Looks good anyway mate, hope you dont mind me commenting:cool1:
  7. or, how about..... ARBTALK - where no-one mentions lopping, topping or popping Cherries:001_tt1:
  8. ......bugger
  9. Agreed...and it would be nice if all the money it saved went into the state pension to take care of all us hardworkers when we're knackered out:001_smile:
  10. How about scrap the idea of a stihl and buy the new husky 346xp beats anything else on the market
  11. ARBTALK - teaching you how to get your sack into a tight crotch and leave her pantin:sneaky2:
  12. 3 m yale with a petzl macrograb works fine for me
  13. I just turn them down on the carb for the first 3 tanks of fuel...then after that crank it back up and away i go
  14. i bought my 660 in 2004 also....but no flashy caps!!!
  15. the AV springs on a husky piss all over the crappy rubber stihl bushes.....and never need replacing!
  16. The 'I fancy tree surgeons' group is paying off then!?
  17. Buy a bloody Husqvarna then!!!! best anti vibe out there!!!!
  18. how about (when in another firms patch).... Thou shall not walk past an old stump without criticizing bad felling cuts:sneaky2:
  19. Ahhhhh I see...thought there must have been a good reason:thumbup1:
  20. I can highly recommend the stretchy "Dewalt" belt that is sold by Screwfix direct for £9.99. It can be adjusted wherever you want it.....although after what i have been eating this Christmas i dont think i will need a belt at work tomorrow:thumbdown:
  21. HAHAHAHA Careful Skyhuck, i almost laughed there!! .
  22. but why not climb?? not criticising, only asking
  23. Cool...whats the cherrypicker doing?
  24. Well im a husky man and i have to admit, nothing compares to the 200t when in a tree......would be really interesting if Husky re-design a new tophandle saw to give stihl a run for their money
