I've already checked Mick, I always have a right good rrumage through to see if they were thick enough to leave something with an address on

Only one I've done is to put the gob cut in a twin stem into one stem huge conifer, went round the back to put the back cut in, got the cut perfect and an inch behind the gob. There was invisible included bark, the front fell perfect exactly where I wanted it whilst the rear section fell backwards and lent against the house

In the form I sent to dvla they ask for good reason for request of driver details. I put : This vehicle was used to illegally flytip on my land, I have video evidence of the offence and wish to summons the keeper of the vehicle for private prosecution So hopefully in a few days I should have his address

Just more ammunition for me if the EA ever pull me for no Waste Carriers License, I can't wait for that day, all that pent up anger will just explode out of me BTW, the council bod I phoned today was also astounded at all that risk for just two bin liners... I've also sent off to DVLA for information request for the vehicles keeper details
