    Go to the GoPro website. Click support and go from there. You will get a reference/case number. Mine turned out to be a nightmare!😡

    :sneaky2:When you say dropped do you mean broken? Ifs thats the case just get the homeowner to ring BT and say the phones not working. They will send someone out to fix it FOC. Do not tell them you did it!

    They would only need insurance if you subbed the entire job to them. If you tell them what to do you are the employer they are the employee. They do not need to be on your books and they can still invoice you and pay their own insurance, tax etc but ultimately they do come under your employers liability.

    I find it unusual to have 2 ropes in a tree like your describing. I know some have 1 just for emergency access.

    If you pay someone then they work for you unless you have subcontracted the entire job. They don't need insurance they are covered by yours!
