    Our Demo GreenMech CS100 18HP machine was out with a guy today and got stolen off site. I was away today and have only just found out. Not sure where it was being used but I will let you know tomorrow. We know the guy that had it very well, so we know it had nothing to do with him.

    Honest answer is I've only had to refund one saw and that was not a problem one. I had 1 account customer that managed to wind up anyone he spoke to, he caught me on a wrong day and I closed his account and slung him out, told him to never come back and return everything that's unpaid or pay it. Silly boy as he was the closest customer to our new place, he has tried to come back but he won't get served. Every time he came in, he spoke to my staff like dirt and put a right downer on the whole day.

    The trouble with a refund is Stihl won't take it back from us so we end up with a second hand saw. We will make sure we look after you and the saw.

    We have had a few problems (not loads) with the sprocket and bearing on the 261. If you change the sprocket to a rim sprocket and bearing it won't go wrong again. They will do this under warranty for you. Hope this helps.

    What about using a tyre glup stuff, we have sold this to a few people. Prevent a flat (repairs and prevents flat tyres) | F R Jones and Son Do the solid tyres not cause it to rut the lawn a bit.

    Not taking anything to this one as it's not a show as such, They do have quite a bit of my kit up there anyway that you can buy. If you need me to bring anything up for you it's not a problem even if you just want to look at something, just let me know.

    In work for 6am home by 7, then Arbtalk and email from home. 5 to 10 hours over the weekend. So at a guess about 70-80 hours a week, but I enjoy it and I think that makes a difference.

    Just cut my hand opening a wine bottle, apart from that nothing. Oh and that I had the Arb Trollys on our website at the wrong price and sold 2 of them. 2 people had a bargain and saved about £100.00.
