  1. Thanks Stereo, we have the same kind of software, but we haven't input all the weights yet and with over 3000 products it's a daunting task that we keep putting off.
  2. We would like to run a carving comp at our show this year and make it an annual event - so if anyone is up for running one I'm sure I can sort someone to come up with some prices.
  3. We do the volume and use FedEx and get a very good rate from them, but it the exotic ones that get expensive. We have input every postcode into our data base and it adds the surcharge at the shopping basket automatically. But at the moment if it's under £50.00 it will still add the postcode surcharge for FedEx even though we will send it royal mail. We have to then deduct it from the payment before we take it. You would think it's quite simple to change it but trust me it's not, also if someone orders under £50 but over 5kg it would need to go FedEx. Arhhhhh:001_smile:
  4. We are having a look at changing things to do with exotic postcodes, but it is difficult to make a rule that cover everything so we don't lose out and you the customer don't get overcharged.
  5. We post worldwide, if it's southern Ireland give us a bell and we will get one out to you.
  6. Hi They only do them in a A at the moment. Very good value for money. Oregon Yukon chainsaw trousers Type A | F R Jones and Son

  12. RIP, our thoughts are with his family.
  13. Class vid Rob, I take it that's my one, I'm going to have that clip playing in the shop so people can see what they can do with a mill while sitting on the bench. If you want to see the bench in it's full glory pop down for a brew and have a sit on it, it's going to be outside in the sun for customers to use.
  14. We are running about 2-3 weeks at the moment, pro users a week. The problem with this time of year is 2 x 4 day weeks and them another one at the start of May. We are constantly playing catch up, 5 of us start at 6am and still get in more in a day than we can turn outlay, I might be able to get a few guys in over Easter to ease the backlog. Anyone out there need a job, we are currently 11 staff but need at least one more. Either in the workshop or the shop floor, PM me if you interested.
  15. I'm off down the pub, I've heard there's going to be a beer shortage so I'm panic buying.
  16. Not all us dealers are the same, I've already admitted to having a few back and been told by Stihl to fit a rim sproket if one fails. We don't need to cover anything up for Stihl we get paid to fix them under warranty, honestly it is a small percentage that have come back. If you have a problem pop it back and get a new rim sprocket fitted while you wait free of charge.
  17. I forgot to put the serial number up on here. Details: The machine was stolen from a cucumber farm in Goss Oak, Broxbourne, Hertfordshire. Serial number is: 12036 If you hear or see anything, please PM me so I can pass the details on. Cheers.
  18. We had a call from the police yesterday about a recovered MS261. After a quick look on our serial number database we managed to put the police back in touch with the owner.
  19. Not reptiles, but I like the eyes on these.
  20. Our Demo GreenMech CS100 18HP machine was out with a guy today and got stolen off site. I was away today and have only just found out. Not sure where it was being used but I will let you know tomorrow. We know the guy that had it very well, so we know it had nothing to do with him.
