  1. right in back garden. no heavy machinery will get in. the ditch has 3 ft walls around it so no chance of winching it. just need something good for cutting
  2. should of...but poor costumer has concrete booked ion for fri.
  3. The biulders spent a full day with axes and matticks and managed to dig it out...just needs cut up to move now.
  4. Looked at a large 500kg stump that a costumer wants removed from garden. the stump is down in a 3ft ditch and very hard access. It has steel bars through it, has been concreted, loads of sand a dirt in it. ..and is right beside there sweage pipes...Real Nightmare.! I need to cut it up somehow to move it...any suggestions? I got told cobalt chains are good for cutting trees with dirt etc in them..any good? I have put a full day on it....and its going to be the most expensive stump i have ever removed.

  6. what about rubbing a towl in washing up liquid and hanging it over a chinup bar and trying chins? then adding weight!

  13. had long day before i wrote post...had some typing dyslexia! was slurring my speach from tiredness with costumers yesterday as well.
  14. stay in glasgow...sometimes will travel to edinburxh just to price job. My ldv knocks of 50 - 100 miles usually on a work day.
  15. sorry. thought costumer told me it was ayrshire...its in fife. 30 tons of firewood they are after. unsplit. hardwood. ( they will buy ) pm me for details. Martyn

  22. thanks for all the posts . Its just i saw this for 13,000 ( same price for landrover 130 tipper approx ) And got me thinking - Landy 130 Tipper Vs Unimog Atkinson Vos Ltd Mercedes Unimogs Its a mightmare trying to decide what new van / truck to get.
