  1. No worries. Put one of those rubber didlo looking, theraband flex bars in your stocking and you be good to go after a few weeks.
  2. BTW the exercise really hurts and the bars are available in different resistance levels. i just use the green and work through the pain. 3 set of 7-8 twists. Let the unwind take about 5 seconds or so.
  3. I find the thicker the line the less strain on your grip. More importantly though, what are you doing to treat the Tennis Elbow? Look up the Tyler twist on YouTube and get a Flex bar for the exercise. Trust me it works wonders. Fixes the problem by strengthening the tendons through eccentric contraction rather than concentric contraction. THERABAND | FlexBar Resistance Bar WWW.THERABAND.COM The THERABAND FlexBar improves grip strength and is a high-quality treatment for Tennis Elbow or Golfer's Elbow...

  5. Haha, not entirely sure. When I told a few of the lads I had to have the procedure, my mates little brother, piped up that he had taken 71 inches. So when my procedure was completed I asked the bloke on the other end of the tube/camera combo how far he had got. He said 73 inches. I left there with a rather smug smile on my face.
  6. Remember the MEME with the squirrel with his balls caught in the fence? It can happen to the best of us!

  8. 15m long. It isn’t one of the plastic ones as they tend to crack as the temps can get so low here. It is pretty much the same as a Lyon tape sling. With a reflective strip stitched into the middle for visibility at night by the cars. Wtf am I on about? 😜 Night, it is dark by 1520 at this time of year LOL.
  9. Snow dog. In her element. Didn’t manage to bump any Roe deer but found plenty of moose tracks. A good walk in the woods is better than no walk in the woods.
  10. Now I can’t see the other side of the fjord, it’s a white out. Dumping with snow. Just about to go up to the hunting ground and see if I can bump a few deer with the dog to drive them towards a mate who is sat their freezing on a post.

A mate of mine down Crawley way took a load back from a job. Stuck them in the ground about a metre apart and made a nice plan with side routes and run offs. Within a couple of years he had pleached or platted the tops together and made a mini tunnel network in his garden. The kids loved playing in there.

  16. Get that checked mate. Thats what hit my mother. 57 years old. Pop. 5 hours later pronounced dead. That was Nov 2002. The upside of the tragedy was her brothers and sisters were all checked and 4 of them had similar issues.

  18. No not Donk. Harry, worked for Adam. Top lad. Robin was a unit as well. So was Sam and Adam.
  19. My old, fat Groundy was a strongman. I don’t think I could have hurt him if I tried. He was like a human Avant.
  20. How so? Intrigued to understand why that triggered you?
  21. I live in Norway and most wood is Birch but plenty burn pine and spruce. Birch IMO is over rated. I also stash any dead elm, oak, ash and fruit trees for my own stash. I have had barely a shovel worth of soot out of my chimney in the last 7 years. Just don’t let it smoulder and have a hot burn.
  22. Been there a few times with the camera. I currently hold the record amongst my friends for the most inches. The guy on the end of the camera seemed a bit perplexed when I asked quite keenly how far did you get up there. May as well make light of a not so pleasant experience.
  23. I use whale blubber. Not really but a lot of the blokes and ladies use it here in Norway. Same as they coat there truck chassis and tractors with Pig fat.
  24. Nice vid. Regarding the directional gobs…. How would you have done it? I would have thought they were pretty obvious. I use gobs quite a lot to steer limbs. Don’t often use a GRCS I just pretension with a fat Groundy or two and then use that to hold the limb and let the hinge and gravity do the hard work.
