    Wasn’t a mobile phone but when I was a kid I had a nightmare one night. We had been playing Jet Set Willie on the Spectrum 48k. Used to load by tape and I must have had a bad copy. I was having trouble getting the game to load and that was the recurring theme of the nightmare. I was only about 10 though.

    Shot hundreds of rabbit over the years so know the craic with them. It was the deer I was questioning. Only allowed to shoot them in Norway during daylight hours. Meaning late December you are knocking off around 1600.

    I’ve got pretty much a full Roe deer in the freezer, quite a few arse cheeks from a wild boar a friend gave me. Also buy an organic free range lamb from a farmer every year, butchered and vacuum packed. It will see me through for a while.

    I couldn’t see the picture at first as I am travelling on an overnight train in Thailand. I expected it to say “Gary Gritter” and be pictured parked outside a junior school.
