  1. Good luck with it.
  2. Slow cooker day today. Back in November I got a butchered organic lamb from a customer. Decided to do a slow cooker Morrocan stew recipe today. Browned off the lamb bit in wok. Then fried onions, garlic ginger and lemon zest. Fried for a bit with spices, cumin, coriander, turmeric, cinnamon. then added stock and honey and the rest of the lemon with Black olives. Been on the go now for 6 hours. Give it a bit longer and then I’ll take the bones out. Add some fresh mint and serve.

  8. Yes. Had a couple of the OG’s and then got the RRPro when it came out.
  9. I won’t be getting one I reckon. All the Maples I do are in Norway. 😜

  12. Jamie Oliver Jerk Ham Recipe | Christmas Baked Ham Recipe THEHAPPYFOODIE.CO.UK Step up your Christmas ham with Jamie Oliver's Jerk Ham recipe from his Christmas cookbook, rubbed with... I’ll be honest though, I had some Jamaican rub and couldn’t be arsed to make from scratch.
  13. I remember years ago Jamie Oliver saying that the main ingredients for a flavouring a Christmas ham were almost the same as Jamaican Jerk. I always meant to try it but haven’t u til this year. Remembering my South London adopted Jamaican heritage. Give it a Jerk Pete.

  18. I agree. It shouldn’t be too hard but it h fortunately isn’t in their interests. See my post a few up.
  19. A Greek and an Irishman found themselves in a Starbucks one afternoon, casually chatting about the proud achievements of their respective cultures over steaming lattes. The Greek leaned back with a smile and said, “You know, we built the Pantheon, not to mention the Temple of Apollo.” The Irishman nodded, taking a sip of his coffee. “Impressive, no doubt, but it was us Irish who discovered the significance of the Summer and Winter Solstices.” Not to be outdone, the Greek added, “And don’t forget, it was the Greeks who laid the foundations for advanced mathematics.” “Fair enough,” the Irishman replied, “but the Irish were the ones who crafted the first timepieces.” Sensing his moment to triumph, the Greek smiled knowingly. “Ah, but remember, it was the ancient Greeks who introduced the idea of sex as a pleasurable activity!” The Irishman paused, set his cup down, and grinned. “That’s true,” he said, “but it was the Irish who got women involved.” 😍🤣🤩
  20. A bit like the RangeRovers being one of the easiest cars to clone the key and steal, on top of being desirable. The more that are stolen the more sales / replacement units paid for by the insurance companies. Hence they have no incentive to try and reduce the levels of theft.
  21. Thought it might have been my lucky day as well. Wordle had different thoughts. Wordle 1,285 5/6 ⬛🟨🟩⬛⬛ ⬛⬛🟩🟩🟩 🟩⬛🟩🟩🟩 🟩⬛🟩🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  22. Merry Christmas. Here in Norway they celebrate on the 24th. The dried, smoked salted Lambs ribs are rehydrating. The swede and carrot mash is almost done and the tatties almost boiled to within an inch of their life. We went out for a nice family walk in the woods whilst it was still light. Found a nice Moose antler shed. Kira is now pooped out on the sofa. Keeping in the spirit of Chrimbo, there is a reflection of the tree in the window 😜
  23. Yes I think there is a mistake or misunderstanding somewhere. Norwegians know how to work in the cold and the ice grip are recommended by Arb suppliers over here for some of the best grip and dexterity in winter work scenarios. Therein lies the rub. I could very easily where my -40c black diamond mittens but opening bina’s would be a bit of a faff.
  24. Kram, do you have a link to the pfanner stats you posted a couple of posts ago. I’ve been looking in the Outerwear site and the pfanner site and can’t find anything. Those Orange Tegera are pretty good until they get too sweaty then they just turn a bit rank IME.
