    660 set up?

My 66 is a 1999 and had its first new clutch 2 months ago.
  2. Get the blower going, pointing in the direction of the offending neighbour, then empty the bag in front of the blower, sending them back from whence they came. Just emptying the bag over is no good, that would not take much shovelling up.
  3. I received my replacement loop about a week ago, never got round to fitting it, earlier this week the original one snapped (wield came apart) fortunately I always clip through both loops, the plastic and steel, so I did not drop the saw. Fitted the new one now, but still looks pretty flimsy, so still clipping into both loops.
  4. When my dad worked on the building sites in the 60's, the highest earner on site was an Irish curber, the bosses were must upset by how much he made, but would not get shot of him because he was so good. He was on piece work and could just put kerbs in ridiculously fast and to a very high standard.
  5. Yes but the above average worker of any type tends to improve productivity.
  6. For a kiln you don't need the security of a container, an insulated truck body would be ideal and possibly cheaper.
  7. Are you talking about employees or the self-employed?? I'm sure there will be some self-employed guys who make good coin cutting grass through the summer. Not sure why an employer would pay climbers rates to some one who's cutting grass?
  8. Very few ropes are spliced both ends these days, I'd go spliced one end personally. For SJ etc just feed the rope in from the bottom.
  9. The chip box is particularly nice The switch for the upper lights is in the drivers front door pillar, flick it up ant those lights just come on when you turn on the lights. I've used just those front lights for over ten years, never had a problem.
  10. I hope you have no neighbours with young children
  11. Are you doing a job or servicing you work tools at home?? The later is not such a good idea.
  12. Very true But I'd far sooner be prepared for something that does not hit, than be unprepared for something that does

    Yum, Yum

    Honey? Yum indeed!!
  14. I just tell them its payment on completion (domestic customers) I will of cause give them an invoice, so they can recoup the cost from their insurer
  15. Wow, really, I've had about 10 pairs and only snapped one hook
  16. That works, very cool truck:thumbup1: Good to see you still have time for wood in-between selling mogs by the dozen
