  8. Sean, is it possible your are a celiac??? I know one and he really struggled to gain weigh, if you are you may well find that following this diet you gain weight, he did when he cut out all wheat:thumbup1:
  9. This one looks like a disc rather than a drum.
  10. I suffered from "reoccurring corneal abrasion" many years ago, it was the result of many different scratches to the front of my eye, I had developed scar tissue on the front of my eye, often in the night the scar tissue would stick to the inside of my eyelid, when I opened my eye in the morning it pulled the skin off the front of my eye, very painful. It was cured by applying antibiotic ointment every night for 6 weeks. As it happens I have sore eye right now, went out in the dark last night to chuck some timber on the boiler, I lifted a log and a chunk of bark whacked me in the eye.
  11. I reckon if you stuck a 12"log through it you would soon be missing parts of the bearings and other bits
  12. My breath as been positively fragrant while on this diet, possibly better than before according to my lass.
  13. True, but we do know what they did not have, so those things can be ruled out. Food is not just about energy for doing stuff Stevie, on a high calorie diet your body goes into rebuild mode and just continually renews cells, on a low calorie diet your body repairs cells instead of replacing. When cells are replaced there is a risk of mutation, these mutations are also known as cancer. This is why obesity is fast becoming the single biggest risk factor for cancer.
  14. Still sicking with it, not finding it easy, I often fast at the weekend, not eating at all through the day, just having an evening meal, I tried that yesterday but by 10am I was feeling weak and hungry, I had an apple which helped and then chicken salad at 3pm. I'm thinking I should forget the fasting while eating this way.
  15. Some of us don't leave pegs
  16. How much has some one spent developing that??????????? Utter madness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  17. I'm feeling really well now, its taking a while to find good alternatives to some of the foods I've given up, tonight we had roast parsnips and sweet potato, really really nice almost as good as chips IMO.
  18. Hehe, just watched it with the sound on, brilliant!!!
