  5. Please give a link to one example of a fuel seller being held responsible for a spark from an open fire. The easy answer is to sell your logs as "stove" fuel
  6. Most tree firms have £500,000 PL insurance, which would cover most rugs.
  7. I'm very sure, I've been burning wood my whole life, 44 years
  8. LOL, if you burn wood and don't know it spits thats your lookout not the log seller, can a fat person sue McDonalds?? P.S., dry wood spits more than dry.
  9. LOL, your the one getting all worked up
  10. Here we go again Are you going to disappear again as soon as anyone asks you about your setup ? P.S. Summer felled will be much wetter than felled now.

  12. I think you would have the right to cut it up and throw it back onto the owners land, but he is not liable if the tree had no known fault and its the extreme wind that caused it to over hang the boundary.
  13. I'm in Started today, breakfast was sausage, bacon, beans, plumb tomatoes, fried eggs, black coffee and fresh orange juice. My mrs has made some salad and boiled some eggs for next weeks lunches, I'll be having the meat that would have gone on my sandwiches with this, so just cutting out the bread, no yogurts and black coffee instead of white.
  14. So I live in an "ancient" house, I thought it was just old
