What weight are you hoping to drop to????? As I understand it "keto" is your body eating its self, which is great if you are wanting to lose weight, but not something for those who have no desire for weight lose, but just wish to feel and be healthier.

I'm with Arborisk and had a claim for three stollen saws, payed out no problem and my premiums hardly rose at all. A mate of mine was with Trust, he rang Arborisk, they added tool cover (which he did not have with Trust) and they still reduced the cost by £700!!!!!!!!!!! Trust suddenly found they could match this price:sneaky2: but as he pointed out they had clearly been shafting him for 4 years, so could go take a hike!!

Why don't we post pictures of other peoples work?? Why don't we name and shame companies??? Sure people come on here and say "my groundie did this that or the other, should I sack him?" Thats not the same as saying "Joe who grounds for me did this that or the other, should I sack him, oh and heres a picture of him" Can you really not see the difference????????

Why do you feel the need to judge him????? A "judge" is in charge of a court case, where all the known facts are laid out, so that a reasoned judgement can be made. Here we have almost none of the facts, we only know what one person is telling us. Leave the lad alone.

Maybe he wants to work somewhere where a personal decision he has made made will not be broadcast to all and his motives bought into question and debated by strangers. I find the way this young lad is being discussed very distasteful. Have you checked the gearbox, hubs and axels?? They all have breathers on them, hitting cold water will cause them to suck in water. I believe there is a fording kit that can be fitted, its slightly pressurises the hubs, axels and gearbox, to prevent the ingress of water.

I think Birch pollen is one of the worst for hay fever, but I could be wrong.
