  1. buy it get some sheep,and crack on single monetary payment isnt a lot but helps.One thing to remember is they dont make land anymore so it will increase in value,if you have to sell it in the future you should make on it.and at least you have tried.Plus if you rented it off it is a little income say£150 an acre but you have it as an investment imo. I have 20 sheep last year all had twins apart from 2.Averaging £60 each this helped us with bills at the backend of the year when work was quiet. So my oppinion is buy it if you can afford

  8. one was allegedly seen near skipton last august and in the same week about 5 miles away in west marton another sighting was reported.So there could be some out there.

  21. i owe 2.5k and 1.9k is charges ive offered them 1k as a settlement and they wont accept it so im giving them minimum payment until they get fed up. the interest is frozen so its not getting any bigger it just bugs me having my arse kicked by them.
  22. i im just wondering does anyone know if you can still claim your bank charges back? as after 5 years of struggling to pay depts dack ive just lloyds tsb to pay off and 80%of which is charges. so just a question if i can kick them back a little Thanks TM
