  2. Keith Yates had the RAF come along with a chinook and remove a large wind blown off of a house, If I remember correctly the RAF used it as a training exercise and the Tree/home owners insurance paid for it!

  13. You can hire a gps mapper off of Pear and do it your self. It’s pretty easy. If you go and collect the data they will do the schedule and maps for you.

  15. That makes sense rootuntveg up to 20k in mag and unlimited in crown.
  16. I thought it was only unlimited if the case cad herd in a crown court. am I not right in saying that magistrate courts are capped at 5k fines and 6months clink? That’s for any crime.
  17. Hmmm, this is an interesting question and seeing as i haven't started my IRP yet, i may well give this a think.
  18. The fine that he has is very low for the three trees, he would have also got a criminal record. The case was herd at the magistrates court so was more than likely the maximum amount that the mag can fine. i wonder why they didn’t push it up to crown court and if the council will use the proceeds of crime act to get any more money The area where the trees were felled are in a very affluent area of Bray where even the cheapest houses are probably around £1000000 to buy.
