  1. Please take some Pictures of this.It would be nice to have a doccument of this repair.
  2. I think the man really needs a UNIMOG.Have they been discussed on here before. Might be a good thread to bring it up on.
  3. Mick probably has some Spikes you can have. You'll just have to "Ride" his "Bike" once or twice.Probably won't be soooo bad,its been leagle since the 1960s.

    Dream CAR

What colour is it Ian?My mate had a white one in Taupo.
  5. Great! I was anticipating finding your address amongst all that. Please send it to me.
  6. A ridiculous statement my good man.I have gotten far more out of contraband than contraband has ever gotten out of me.
  7. Just send me your address and i will send the Helmet. It came with a Harness I bought years ago and I recently re-found it amongst some other stuff.I will never use it,so its yours if you want it.
  8. I have a Helmet you can have, for nothing, just pm me your postal address and viola!A Climbing Helmet will be winging its way to you.Thats the power of Arbtalk,we help each other as well as taking the Urine on occasion.

    .....
  10. I have a free Helmet the man can have.I need his postal address from him and I will sent him an unadulterated example entirely free.
  11. I have my old one hanging in the shed.If you can tolerate it having been used at a Vomit recepticel and it stinking of old Sweat and Brilcream then its yours.Just PM me your postal address. P.S.It still looks vaguely CE complient despite is occasional use as a Wheel Chock for the Chipper and having been biffed about on jobs that I have experianced severe Cocaine withdrawls whilst on.
  12. Dosn't mean a toss. Get a bar inbetween the Rotor and feed roller assembly and leaver to and fro. Then side to side, feeling for play. You might not feel anything so have someone watch the shaft and see if it moves. If it does, then its new bearing time. Another thing that could be making the sound, does the Rotor shaft have a collar on it?Between the Rotor and inboard bearing?Sometimes chip gets jammed under them, preventing them from spinning freely and producing a high pitch squealing noise.
  13. I would get the Jensen 528di that is on Arborcuts website,a transit or iveco truck to pull it with.Thats if my work was mainly in town. If at least half of my work was in the Country,I would buy a Jensen 528 or 530 tracked machine.
  14. Get one.Except if your a Woman,in which case you should be in the Kitchen or posing naked for advertising.
  15. These Trees are in a Park However. Also Copper Beech is such a striking Tree that it is unlikely to be planted in a group.Typically they are single feature Trees.I beleive that the "amenity value" of these Trees is insignificant in relation to the intends of the Parks managers.David brings up the idea that these three were planted in order to hedge their bets.
  16. I can understand this. They want to restore the veiws to what was original and the Trees are not.Much like removing a 1960´s "tack-on" to the wing of a Stately Home.
  17. I had one,it was brilliant. So good infact, someone stole it.
  18. Wage vs Living costs I found more favorable in Scandinavia. When I worked at home last time,I was on the same money as Eleven years prior and the cost of living had doubled since then. Your going there for the experiance, not the Money anyway.
  19. Do you have alot of Ceder Mick. Because Jon on here from Somerset will have it if its big.
  20. So I'm gonna put this beside it... Toyota Hilux 1987 | Trade Me
  21. Get into you work Clothes and knock on some Doors .Have a nice folder with your insurance papers and any quals you may have.If you have no work, this won't make you have any less.

    boots

I would get some Pfanner Boots for New Zealand. You certainly don't need the extra insulation that the Chainsaw "Protection" provide.
  23. I think that will.. A:Over load the rear Axel of said Landrover B:Exceed the total allowed Weight of said Landrover once Guys, gear and Fuel is addred. C:Require the operatives to wear Stilts whilst feeding the Machine
  24. I have some part beams from a Submerged Viking age Shipwreck.
  25. You make a very good point. Years ago I talked with a Client who had been a Fireman during the War in Liverpool. He said he was appalled by the Firemen striking over pay,it was called the "Fireservice" a service to keep people safe and help them when they needed it.He joined the Fireservice before the War Started,he never got more pay to head out during an Air Raid and fight fires.
